How has UMBC helped you grow?

I came in to UMBC thinking I knew exactly what I wanted and was only here to get my degree and get out. Since having to take my GEPs I realized the major I came in with was not my forever home and switching was not as scary as I thought it would be.

Intro to Philosophy with James Thomas. His humor and energy in the classroom makes tackling complex theories enjoyable and leaves you wanting to know more!

Oca Mocha!! I love their peach smoothies! :)
