My Favorite spot on campus is the Retriever Learning Center (RLC) in the library because It's a study environment that makes you want to study and also a great place to just chill out with your study group.

I choose UMBC because of the student-to-faculty ratio. I like knowing that there is a member of staff almost everywhere and I can always speak with someone one-on-one when I need to.
My advice to prospective students...
if you come into UMBC with an open mind ready to make connections, you WILL find your people and you will have an amazing college experience. Everything about college is mind over matter so keep your mindset open and steady and you will be fine!

What makes UMBC home is honestly the people. The campus is extremely inclusive and you will feel welcomed wherever you go.
