The multitude of friends I have created and the welcoming environment created by everyone on campus who always want to support me in any way they can.

How has UMBC helped you grow?

I have taken on more leadership roles to improve my interpersonal skills and from UMBC I have gained the resources, confidence, and time-management skills to work towards my goals and prioritize my values.

I like how it is a medium-sized school where I can be independent while also making a lot of close friendships that will last a lifetime. UMBC also has a lot of opportunities and resources to help my academic and career success.
