My UMBC hack is...

going to Chick-Fil-A in the early morning or late afternoon to avoid long lines. Also working on the 5th or 6th quiet floors of the library to get work done.

My advice to prospective students...

is to join the extracurricular activities offered by UMBC. You will make so many great friends to support you and do fun activities with. Clubs, research, and leadership positions also look great on a resume if you want to apply for internships early on in college.
