Favorite Class or Professor and Why

History of Modern Philosophy with Dr. Nance is the best class I've taken. The class itself is interesting to me, and Dr. Nance is a wonderful professor who encourages productive discussions in class and takes a strong interest in the well-being of each of his students. This class is a must for anyone interested in philosophy, as it provides a great starting point by going over some of the most influential philosophers and theories of the modern period, which in turn have shaped our current society in any number of ways.
