...that many student organizations and clubs do not require a formal sign up. If you hear about an event, just show up and you'll be able to make friends easily!

Favorite Spot on Campus

The tables at Commons under where they hang up the country flags is where you can find lots of different friend groups hanging out, eating, and studying together. I've connected with people from so many different cultures, and all clubs on campus will welcome anyone regardless of their background.

Favorite Class or Professor and Why

Psychology of Motivation with Professor Rose. There are so many factors that go into someone's motivation, and this class not only teaches about theories and strategies to get yourself motivated, but also ways to get others motivated on your team or in the workplace. Even after taking the class I think back on what I have learned.

Fun Fact

Did you know you can get lots of cool stuff from events that the Student Events Board (SEB) holds? They hold paint nights where you can pain on canvases or blank tote bags, study nights with tea and hot cocoa, and some events even give t-shirts!
