UMBC has so many clubs and organizations available. With such a diverse campus you have a place of belonging and community. People at UMBC want to see you succeed and with such great support you can’t help but think about the university as your family.
As much as it is important to take your academics seriously, always remind yourself you are more than capable of succeeding. Sometimes it is okay to have fun and enjoy your time in college, and if you are seriously struggling do not hesitate to reach out. There are so many resources on campus to help.
Taqueria el Cabrito, its a taco shop a mile off of campus and they have $1.50 taco Tuesdays!
