GES 328: Environmental Policy with Dr. Lansing. It's a great introduction to domestic environmental issues/potential solutions.

How has UMBC helped you grow?

UMBC makes it a point to build self-reliant individuals. Students here are always charting their own path when it comes to campus organizations, internships, and on-campus jobs. The spirit is contagious, and I think that it has rubbed off on me.

What makes UMBC home?

UMBC's community is one where it is "cool" to be smart. I feel super comfortable around this type of crowd and enjoy the fact that people here are motivated about succeeding in the classroom and beyond.
