It's definitely broken me out of my introverted shell but in a comfortable way. I've been able to partake in some great opportunities, such as being a Resident Assistant and being in the Cyber Dawgs club. It's enabled me to sharpen my skills in my field and meet a lot of people along the way.
I wanted to pursue a degree in Computer Science, potentially focusing on Cybersecurity. My stepfather's brother, who works at John's Hopkins Applied Physics Lab, told me how good UMBC's Computer Science program is.
