How has UMBC helped you grow?

UMBC has provided me with job opportunities and academic resources that have allowed me to pursue my interests. I'm sure that the knowledge and skills that I have gained will help me far into the future.

My advice to prospective students...

is don't forget to take care of yourself! Take breaks, go on a walk, and eat well!

During my first semester, I wish I would have known...

how beneficial it is to go to a professor's office hours! It's a great opportunity to clarify any questions and talk one-on-one with your professor.
