Favorite Class or Professor and Why
My favorite class was my ENES 101 (first year engineering) class because we got to work in groups to create a rover project. My group was cool and even though it was stressful we had a good time.
Favorite Local Shop or Restaurant
My favorite local shop has to be Martha's Cafe because I like both their burgers and their waffles. There's also this taco spot that's really good (which I haven't officially been to yet, I've just tried my friend's order once)
Fun Fact
I'm a mechanical engineering major, I ran track and played soccer in highschool, I'm a percussionist, my favorite food is plantain.
My advice to prospective students...
My advice to prospective students is to organize that Google Calendar early! Put your classes, office hours, and clubs on there and then put your reminders on there as well (for homework, when to get food, etc.) Make everything repeat weekly. You can start with just your classes and then you can add more as time goes on. And please create the calendar on your laptop. You can view it on your phone but creating it with a horizontal screen makes it way easier.
